The Apparent Reason for Jay Z, Solange Fight

According to NY Daily News, Solange Knowles attacked Jay Z because she was mad at him for two specific reasons. Solange’s friends tried to namedrop Jay Z and claim that they were guests of his in order to get into the Met Ball.
“Two of her friends, who were not dressed for the Met Ball, showed up at The Standard and caused a scene downstairs,” the source said.
“They wouldn’t leave and kept name dropping Jay Z. They were pretending they were guests of his and not hers. Management went to Julius (Beyonce’s bodyguard) and said there’s a problem.”
Soon there after, when disgusted with her brother-in-law over his handling of her friends’ attempts, she became more upset when he attempted to leave the Standard Hotel without his wife Beyonce’ for an afterparty hosted by Rihanna.
