(USA Today)—Despite all the star wattage – Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Pharrell Williams & Co. – at the post-Grammy tribute to Stevie Wonder, the bright lights are turned off briefly at the music legend’s request.

At one point during Stevie Wonder: Songs in the Key of Life – An All-Star Grammy Salute (CBS, Monday, 9 p.m. ET/PT), host LL Cool J tells the Los Angeles theater audience and TV viewers that Stevie wants them to experience a song the way he does.
