US: Another Unarmed African-American Shot by Police

(Tele Sur) – An African-American man is in a critical condition after being shot a by a white police officer in Florida early Monday morning.
Witnesses have stated Cedric Bartee had his hands up when Sergeant Robert McCarthy fired three shots at him, according to local media.
However, Orange County Sheriff Jerry Demings has told the press Bartee “made extensive furtive movements,” prompting McCarthy to open fire.
Police say the shooting took place after Bartee was found in a stolen car.
