Richmond Police Seek Public’s Help Finding Missing Girl, 11

The Richmond Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating an 11-year-old girl who was last seen in the city on Oct. 7.

Empress Watson is a Black girl, about 5’1’ and 100 pounds, with short black, braided hair, according to the RPD.

“She was last seen wearing blue jeans with dark blue dots, a blue T-shirt and white Nike Airforce 1s,” police said.

Further details were not immediately available.

Anyone who sees Empress is asked to immediately call RPD dispatch at (510) 233-1214 or call her family directly at (510) 776-4194.
