CHARLOTTE – The Mecklenburg County District Attorney will announce whether criminal charges will be filed against the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police officer who shot and killed Keith Scott back in September. You can watch the decision live here soon.

The shooting by officer Brentley Vinson of Keith Scott sparked days of protests, riots and demonstrations, some of which turned violent. Officials are concerned the same outcome may rise again depending on Wednesday’s announcement.
