(Fox News) – The college-football-playing son of Sean “Diddy” Combs thanked his pop Tuesday for having his back and getting busted in the process.

Justin Combs, a bench-warming defensive back at UCLA, posted a heartwarming, father-son picture of his famous dad on Instagram, one day after Diddy was arrested for allegedly roughing up a Bruins coach.

Diddy on Monday tussled with UCLA strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi, who had been riding the young Combs during workouts.

“I don’t care if your dad’s here,” Alosi yelled at Justin, TMZ reported Tuesday.

“This is UCLA. I’m going to treat you just like I treat everyone else.”
