From the war in the Middle East and concerns over Artificial Intelligence in the classroom, to tips for fighting seasonal depression, the Fall 2023 NewsVision Capstone covers your community. The “Triumphant Ten” reported from the White House, March On Washington and Congressional Black Caucus, to the campus of Howard University. The six credit capstone course is the last stop for the collegiate journalists before graduation. They produced all original content and uniquely assumed all roles of production in front of and behind the camera. Led by Associate Professor Jennifer Thomas, the seniors filmed the newscast at Studio A in the Cathy Hughes School of Communications.
