Court Summons Says Ray Rice Struck J. Palmer, Rendering Her Unconscious

A copy of the court complaint summons for Ray Rice, obtained by FOX45 states the Baltimore Ravens running back attempted “to cause bodily injury to J. Palmer, specifically by striking her with his hand, rendering her unconscious, at the Revel Casino.”

The incident happened over the weekend. The summons for his fiance, Janay Palmer, states she committed, “assault by attempting to cause bodily injury to Raymell Rice by striking him with her hand, while at the Revel Casino.”

The summonses request the appearance of both in court on February 25.
