The villa has a secure integrated garage with room for 2 cars and the house is serviced by a lift from the ground to the 3rd floor. There are two ways to enter the house: through the garage or through the front door.

The villa is equipped with solar-power as well as a battery backup system, which powers the entire house, except for the lift, oven, aircon, underfloor heating and jacuzzi, in times of load shedding.
